Web design case studies, written up in full
These 5 web design case studies are the projects written up in full: what the problem was, what was built, and what the evidence is. Some carry the client's own figures, some rest on the before and after, and each one says which. The wider body of work is in the portfolio.

Flagship
The one to read first
DiscoverMSPs is a B2B provider-intelligence business whose website had to explain a data product and sell subscriptions to it without a sales call, rebuilt by Tech Conversion as a structured, search-ready site that carries the explanation and the signup in one path.

What the work covers
Sectors and services represented
Derived from the published work itself rather than from a list of markets we would accept, so it cannot drift from what is actually on the site.

How we measure and verify
How to read these numbers
Worth reading before you weigh any agency's case studies, including these.
- 01
The figures are the clients’ own
Each result on a case is a figure that client publishes or reported to us. We did not generate them and we do not present them as our measurement.
- 02
The measurement basis is not yet documented
What was counted, against what baseline and over what period is missing for every result figure in these cases. Until it is written down, each case says so on its own page rather than letting the number imply more than it can carry.
- 03
The before and after needs no trust
The comparisons are the old site and the new one, captured at full height and shown side by side. It is the only evidence here that does not depend on believing anybody, which is why it is the thing we point at first.
- 04
Reviews are unpaid and verbatim
Collected after a project closes, published with permission, quoted word for word and never edited for tone. Nothing is offered in exchange, which Google’s own review policies prohibit in any case.
In their words
What they said about it
Three of the reviews, in full. The rest are on the testimonials page with the client videos.
“TechConversion understood our requirements clearly and delivered a website that finally represents the quality of our business.”
“The new platform is clearer, easier to navigate and much more professional. The entire process was organised and collaborative.”
“Our message now feels more focused and accessible. The website gives visitors a much better understanding of what we do.”
Questions
Asked and answered
What people ask about this page before they trust it.
What do these web design case studies show?
Each one is a real client project written up in full: the problem the business had, what we researched, what we built and which services were involved. They show the work and the reasoning behind it, with the live site and the before and after comparison as evidence.
Why are there no result figures on the case studies?
Because we only publish a number that has been measured and can be explained. Figures from Search Console, Google Ads or the client's own records are added with the counting method written next to them. Until then each case shows what was delivered, and the before and after comparisons show the change directly.
Will my project get results like these?
We cannot promise that, and nobody honestly can. A case study shows what happened for one business, in its own market, at one time. What we do promise is research before we build, a sound build, tracking from launch, and steady improvement based on real data rather than guesses.
What happens before you design anything?
Research. We study the business, its market, its competitors and what its customers search for, and only then decide what to build. Every project follows the same order: understand, research, plan, build, measure, improve and scale.
Can I speak to one of these clients?
Usually, yes. We ask the client first every time, and we never publish contact details or pass them on without that. If you are weighing a project of a similar size, say so in the strategy discussion and we will ask whoever is the closest match.
Do you have work in my industry?
There are 9 sector pages on this site and each one links the work we can show from it. If yours is not among them, sector experience matters less than most agencies claim: what transfers is knowing how a buyer decides. We will tell you in the strategy discussion if we think the gap is real.
Insights
The thinking behind the work, in the open.
We write up the problems we had to solve for a client: how answer engines change what a page has to say, and why a redesign that ignores search can cost a year of ranking. Working notes, not filler.
