Website development and marketing agency
Content marketing services written by people who have to make it rank.
Tech Conversion provides content marketing services for businesses in India, the UAE and the USA that rely on paid traffic, researching what their buyers search and publishing the articles and guides that answer it, so enquiries keep arriving when the ad budget stops.
Articles, guides and landing copy planned against what your buyers actually search, written to be read by a person and quoted by an answer engine, and measured on enquiries rather than page views.
- Keyword and question research
- A content plan
- Writing
- Answer engine formatting
Typical timelineThe research and plan take two to three weeks. Publishing is monthly and continuous. Expect three to six months before rankings move, and be suspicious of anyone who says less.
Who needs this
You are paying for every visitor, every time.
Advertising works until the budget pauses, and then the traffic is gone the same afternoon. Content is the opposite: slow to start and difficult to stop. Most businesses know this and still do not publish, because the blog became a chore nobody owned and the last post is dated eighteen months ago.
Paid traffic is your only channel
It works, it is expensive, and it ends the moment the card is declined.
Your buyers research before they buy
Considered purchases, long cycles, several people involved. Exactly where content earns its place.
You have expertise and no time to write it down
The knowledge exists in people's heads and in sales calls, and none of it is on the site.
The blog exists and is embarrassing
Three posts, all from a launch, all about you.
- Your only reliable traffic is paid
- The blog has three posts and they are all announcements
- Nobody can say which topics your buyers actually search
- Somebody writes when they have time, which is never
What the work is
What is in, and what is not
Said in both directions, so nothing is waiting to be added once the work has started.
Included, every time
- 01Keyword and question research
What your buyers search, what the volume is, and how hard each one is to rank for. Published as a list with figures, not as a theme.
- 02A content plan
Which pieces, in what order, aimed at which search, and why that order. Agreed before anything is written.
- 03Writing
Long form articles and guides, written to answer the question fully rather than to hit a word count.
- 04Answer engine formatting
A direct answer near the top, clear headings, and facts stated plainly, because that is what gets quoted by AI search.
- 05Internal linking
New pieces linked into the pages that sell, so reading leads somewhere.
- 06Measurement
Rankings, impressions and enquiries per piece, reported monthly, including the pieces that did nothing.
Not included
- Paid promotion of the content, which is a separate budget
- Social media management and posting schedules
- Video production, scripting and editing
- Design of downloadable assets beyond basic formatting
What changes
What you get out of it
For the business, not for the website. What we do is the previous section; this is what it is for.
Traffic that does not stop when spending does
A ranked article keeps arriving. That is the whole argument for content.
A better chance of being quoted by AI search
Formatting for answer engines is not a different discipline, but it is a deliberate one.
Sales conversations start further along
Somebody who read the guide arrives with better questions.
The topics stop being guesses
Every piece is aimed at a search with a published volume behind it.
What it is held to
Standards and frameworks
Named, published and checkable. These are the frameworks the work is built to and tested against, not badges we claim.
- Google Search Essentials↗
Google's published guidance on what it considers helpful content, including its guidance on content written primarily for search engines rather than people.
- Schema.org Article↗
Structured data so a piece is machine readable, which is what puts it in reach of an answer engine rather than only a search result.
- WCAG 2.2, level AA↗
Headings in order, meaningful link text and readable contrast. Accessibility is also how a machine understands the structure of a page.

What lands, and what you bring
Deliverables, timeline and what we need from you
You receive
- A researched keyword and question list with volumes
- A content plan with running order and rationale
- Published articles, written and formatted
- An internal linking map
- A monthly report of rankings, impressions and enquiries per piece
How long
The research and plan take two to three weeks. Publishing is monthly and continuous. Expect three to six months before rankings move, and be suspicious of anyone who says less.
You bring
- Access to somebody who knows the subject, for an hour per piece
- Search console and analytics access
- One person who can approve a draft
- Permission to publish under a named author
What it costs
Priced as a digital marketing engagement
Priced as a monthly marketing engagement based on how many pieces a month. The research and the plan are done once at the start and are yours whether or not the writing continues.
Starts from
₹22,000/month
$500 a month if you pay from outside India.
Monthly, rolling
All three engagements, side by sideWhat moves the figure
- How many pieces per month
- How technical the subject is
- Whether existing content is rewritten as well
- How many languages or markets
A written quote follows the strategy discussion. Nothing is added afterwards that was not named in it.
Where it goes wrong
Common mistakes, risks and pitfalls
The mistakes we see most, including ones we have made. Worth knowing before you buy this from anyone.
Writing about yourself
Company news is not content marketing. Nobody searches for your funding round.
Chasing volume over difficulty
A term with fifty thousand searches and a difficulty of ninety is not an opportunity, it is a decade.
Publishing and stopping
Six pieces then silence is the most common pattern and the most expensive, because the cost was paid and the compounding never started.
Measuring page views
Views are not the point. Which pieces produce enquiries is the point, and it is usually not the popular ones.
The honest comparison
Before you hire a content marketing agency, the alternatives
Including the options where you do not hire us. One of them is right for some readers of this page.
Keep buying ads
You need enquiries this quarter and can afford the rate.
Predictable, immediate, and it ends when you stop.
Write it yourself
Somebody internal knows the subject and will genuinely make time.
Free in money, expensive in weeks, and it usually stops.
Buy cheap articles
Almost never. It fills a blog and ranks for nothing.
Low, and it is the reason most blogs do not work.
Content from us
The subject is real, the buying cycle is long, and you want a channel that keeps working.
A monthly engagement, and three to six months before it shows.

What this looks like in practice
This is a new service page and there is no content marketing case study behind it yet. What is published is the method applied to this site: the keyword research, the page by page mapping and the answer engine formatting are all visible on the pages you are reading.

Questions
Content marketing services questions, answered
The things people ask about content marketing before they buy it.
What are content marketing services?
Research into what your buyers search, a plan of what to publish and in what order, the writing itself, publishing and internal linking, and monthly measurement of rankings and enquiries for each piece.
Can we buy content strategy services on their own?
Yes. The research and the content plan are a separate first phase, and some clients take only those and write in house. You keep the keyword list and the plan whether or not the writing continues.
How long does content marketing take to work?
Three to six months before rankings move meaningfully, and longer for competitive terms. Anyone promising faster is either targeting terms nobody searches or is not talking about organic search.
How much content do I need?
Consistency matters more than volume. Two well researched pieces a month, sustained for a year, outperforms twenty published in one quarter and then nothing.
Do you write for AI search as well as Google?
Yes, and it is largely the same work done deliberately: a direct answer near the top, plain factual statements, clear headings and structured data. That is what makes a passage quotable by an answer engine.
Who writes it?
We do, working from an interview with whoever in your business knows the subject. An hour per piece from a real expert is the difference between an article that ranks and one that reads like everything else.
What if a piece does not perform?
It goes in the monthly report as underperforming, with what we think went wrong. Some pieces are rewritten, some are merged into stronger ones, and some are simply wrong bets. Pretending otherwise would make the report useless.
How do we choose between content marketing companies in India?
Ask to see the research behind a plan, not just sample articles. A content marketing company that cannot show search volumes and a reason for its running order is guessing. Then ask who writes, how they will learn your subject, and how they report on the pieces that did nothing.
Can you guarantee rankings or traffic?
No. Search engines decide rankings, and content is slow: expect three to six months before rankings move, and longer for competitive terms. Anybody promising faster is selling something else. What we promise is research you keep, a plan agreed before writing, pieces built on your experts' knowledge, and an honest monthly report that includes the pieces that did nothing.

The thinking behind the work, in the open.
We write up the problems we had to solve for a client: how answer engines change what a page has to say, and why a redesign that ignores search can cost a year of ranking. Working notes, not filler.
