Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled.

By using our services, you grant Tech Conversion the right to use your company name and logo in our marketing materials, case studies, and on our website to indicate you as a client. This applies to both free and paid services provided.

11. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the state of Tamil Nadu.

12. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
