Conversion rate optimisation services before you spend more on getting people there.
Tech Conversion provides conversion rate optimisation services for businesses in India, the UAE and the USA whose sites get visitors but not enquiries, finding where people give up, fixing it one change at a time and keeping only what the data shows works.
Finding where visitors give up and fixing it. The cheapest traffic you will ever buy is the traffic you already have, and most sites lose it somewhere specific and findable.
- Measurement you can trust
- Finding the drop out
- A prioritised list
- The changes themselves
Typical timelineThree to four weeks for measurement and the drop out analysis. After that it is continuous, because optimisation is a rhythm rather than a project.
Who needs this
The traffic arrives. It just does not do anything.
Visitor numbers are fine. Enquiries are not. The instinct is to buy more traffic, which doubles the cost of a problem rather than fixing it. Somewhere between arriving and enquiring people are giving up, usually in one or two identifiable places, and almost nobody has looked.
You are about to increase ad spend
Fixing the page first means every rupee after that works harder. Doing it the other way round is the expensive order.
The form is long and nobody defends it
Each field was added by somebody for a reason nobody remembers.
Ecommerce with a full basket and no checkout
People choose, then stop. That gap is usually specific and fixable.
Two people disagree about the page
A test settles it with evidence instead of seniority.
- Traffic is up and enquiries are flat
- The form has nine fields and you do not know why
- Nobody has watched a recording of a real visitor
- The answer to poor results is always more budget
What the work is
What is in, and what is not
Said in both directions, so nothing is waiting to be added once the work has started.
Included, every time
- 01Measurement you can trust
Analytics and goals checked first, because optimising against a broken measurement is worse than doing nothing.
- 02Finding the drop out
Funnel analysis, session recordings and form analytics to locate where people actually leave, rather than where we assume.
- 03A prioritised list
Every idea scored on likely impact, confidence and effort, so the order is argued rather than felt.
- 04The changes themselves
Built and shipped, not delivered as a report for somebody else to implement.
- 05Testing where traffic allows
A proper A B test where there are enough visitors to reach significance, and an honest before and after where there are not.
- 06A written record
What was changed, what happened, and what was reverted. Including the tests that failed.
Not included
- Buying traffic, which is a separate advertising engagement
- A full redesign, which is a different piece of work
- Brand or messaging strategy beyond the pages in scope
- Testing platform licence fees
What changes
What you get out of it
For the business, not for the website. What we do is the previous section; this is what it is for.
The traffic you already pay for works harder
Nothing about the cost of acquisition changes. More of it converts.
Arguments get settled
A recording of somebody failing to use the form ends a debate faster than an opinion.
You learn what your buyers care about
Test results are research. They tell you things worth using elsewhere.
Changes stop being guesses
Shipped against a scored list, measured, and reverted when they do not help.
What it is held to
Standards and frameworks
Named, published and checkable. These are the frameworks the work is built to and tested against, not badges we claim.
- Statistical significance↗
A result is only called when the sample is large enough to be unlikely to be chance. Tests are not stopped early because the number looks good, which is the most common way results are imagined.
- WCAG 2.2, level AA↗
Accessibility failures are conversion failures. A form that cannot be completed by keyboard is losing people before any test is needed.
- Core Web Vitals↗
Google's published page experience measures. Interaction delay and layout shift are measurable causes of abandonment, and they are checked before anything subtler is blamed.

- Enough traffic to measure, which we will tell you honestly
- Permission to change the live site
- One person who can approve a change
What it costs
Priced as a digital marketing engagement
Priced as a marketing engagement. The first phase, measurement and drop out analysis, can be bought on its own and is useful whether or not the work continues.
Starts from
₹22,000/month
$500 a month if you pay from outside India.
Monthly, rolling
All three engagements, side by sideWhat moves the figure
- How many pages or funnels are in scope
- Whether ecommerce checkout is involved
- Whether measurement has to be rebuilt first
- How much traffic there is, which decides whether testing is possible at all
A written quote follows the strategy discussion. Nothing is added afterwards that was not named in it.
Where it goes wrong
Common mistakes, risks and pitfalls
The mistakes we see most, including ones we have made. Worth knowing before you buy this from anyone.
Testing on a site with no traffic
Below a few thousand visitors a month a test cannot reach significance. Fix the obvious problems instead and do not pretend it was science.
Stopping a test when it looks good
Results swing early. Calling a winner on day two is how teams convince themselves of things that were never true.
Testing button colours
It is the example everybody uses and almost never the problem. The problem is usually the form, the price, or the thing the page never says.
Optimising a page nobody arrives at
Effort should follow traffic. The most improvable page is rarely the one that matters most.
The honest comparison
Before you buy conversion optimisation services, the alternatives
Including the options where you do not hire us. One of them is right for some readers of this page.
Buy more traffic
The page already converts and you simply need volume.
Linear: twice the enquiries costs twice as much.
Redesign the page
It is genuinely bad and there is nothing worth keeping.
More, slower, and you learn less about why.
Ask your customers
You have few visitors and several customers. Often the better answer.
Time, and the willingness to hear it.
Optimisation from us
There is traffic, there is a gap between arriving and enquiring, and nobody has looked at where.
A marketing engagement, and a written record of every test including the ones that failed.
Proof
What this looks like in practice
This is a new service page and there is no conversion case study behind it yet. The discipline is visible in the rebuilds: before and after comparisons published full page on the before and after page, each one a site reorganised around the action it needed a visitor to take.

Questions
Conversion rate optimisation questions, answered
The things people ask about conversion optimisation before they buy it.
What is conversion rate optimisation?
Increasing the share of visitors who do what the site is for, whether that is an enquiry, a signup or a purchase. It is done by measuring where people leave, forming a specific idea about why, changing one thing, and checking whether it helped.
What do conversion rate optimisation services include?
Measurement first, then a finding about where people leave, then one change at a time. Conversion optimisation services that redesign a page wholesale cannot tell you which part worked, so the next page starts from guesswork again.
How much traffic do I need for CRO?
For proper A/B testing, a few thousand visitors a month on the page being tested; below that, a result cannot be separated from chance. The work is still worth doing at lower traffic as an audit and a set of obvious fixes, and we will say plainly that it is not a test.
Which conversion rate optimisation tools do you use?
Analytics, session recordings, form analytics and, where traffic allows, an A/B testing platform, with every licence on your own account. Conversion optimisation tools show where people leave. They do not tell you why, which is the part that needs a person.
How long before I see results?
The measurement and drop out analysis take three to four weeks and usually surface something actionable immediately. A single test needs two to four weeks of traffic before it can be called.
Do you run the tests or just advise?
We build and ship the changes. A report handed over for somebody else to implement is where most optimisation engagements quietly end.
What if a change makes things worse?
It gets reverted and it goes in the written record. Roughly speaking most tests do not produce a winner, and an agency reporting only successes is not reporting everything.
Is this the same as a redesign?
No. A redesign replaces the page. Optimisation changes one thing at a time so you can tell what caused the difference. If the page is genuinely beyond saving, a redesign is the honest recommendation and we will say so.
Can you guarantee a higher conversion rate?
No. Most tests do not produce a winner, and your offer, prices and traffic decide much of the result. What we promise is measurement you can trust, changes chosen from evidence, an honest record of every test including the failures, and steady improvement based on real data.

The thinking behind the work, in the open.
We write up the problems we had to solve for a client: how answer engines change what a page has to say, and why a redesign that ignores search can cost a year of ranking. Working notes, not filler.
